Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you need to change your time, call or WhatsApp us as early as you can.

Makeover & bridal

• A 50% advance confirms your booking; the advance is non-refundable. We accept cash, card and bKash.
• All packages are priced at a fixed rate, whether or not every included service is availed.
• Bridal makeup must be reserved under the Bridal category; party packages are not for brides.
• For a calm, focused experience, extra guests are welcome only when they are also booked.
• Please bring all essentials in a single bag for smooth coordination.
• If the client cancels or is delayed, the advance remains non-refundable.
• One reschedule is gracefully accommodated within 6 months, subject to availability.
