How do I book an appointment?
Choose your services and a time on our Book page, or call / WhatsApp us. We call every booking to confirm it.

What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Where is Shizen?
House 5, Road 8, Sector 6, Uttara, Dhaka.
Is Shizen for women only?
Yes — Shizen is a calm, feminine space designed for women.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, bKash and Nagad.
Bridal
Do bridal bookings need an advance?
Yes. A 50% advance confirms a bridal or makeover booking and is non-refundable. One reschedule is accommodated within 6 months, subject to availability.
Services
Why do colour prices show a range?
Colour depends on hair length, thickness, previous colour and the technique. We recommend a short consultation before your appointment for an exact price.
Packages
What is a honour price?
It is the special package price — lower than booking each service separately.
Academy
Are the academy classes online?
Classes are held in person at Shizen with 80% hands-on practice. Registration and information are online.
Do you help students find jobs?
Yes — the Professional Beautician Course includes job placement assistance, a lifetime career support group and product sourcing support.
